Ingredients

1 cup Organic Sweet Potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 tbsp Organic Unsweetened Applesauce
3 Organic Pasture Raised Eggs
1/2 tsp Unrefined Organic Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Organic Coconut Flour

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl combine the sweet potatoes, applesauce, eggs, and coconut oil. Whisk ingredients together.
Pour the coconut flour into the sweet potato mixture and mix together using a hand mixer until dough is formed.
Place spoonfuls of the batter onto a greased baking pan, ensure there is enough space in between each biscuit.
Insert the pan into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
Remove pan from the oven and allow biscuits to cool before serving.
