Just because dogs can’t eat chocolate doesn’t mean they should be robbed of the joy of eating it. These truffles use carob as a great chocolate substitute for dogs that is safe and healthy for them to eat. Freeze for future use and makes a great reward for good behavior.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup All Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Organic Carob Powder + 1tbsp
- 2 tbsp Organic Oats
Directions
Using a food processor or mortar and pestle, grind oats into a fine powder
- In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients together except the extra 1tbsp of carob powder. Set the extra carob aside in a small bowl
- Gather a small amount of mixture in the center of your palm and roll until a smooth ball forms
- Roll balls in extra carob powder to completely cover
- These balls can store in the fridge for up to 5 days but they can also be frozen for up to 6 months ahead of time
