Ingredients

1/2 cup Organic Carrot Juice
1/2 cup Organic Blueberry Juice
2 tbsp Gelatin

Directions

Bring the carrot and blueberry juice to a boil in a small to a medium saucepan.
Remove pan from heat and allow the juice to cool for five minutes.
Whisk gelatin into the pan until dissolved.
Pour mixture into preferred mold(s) and refrigerate for a minimum of four hours.
Serve.
