Tuna quinoa cakes make for a great dinner substitution when wanting to reward your cat or dog. For cats, serve no more than two patties per meal, and for one to four patties depending on your dog's size. Refrigerate any leftovers and store for up to one week.

Ingredients
1 can Organic Albacore Wild Tuna, salt-free
1/2 cup Organic Quinoa, cooked
1 Organic Cage-Free Egg
2 tbsp Lactose-Free Organic Greek Yogurt
3 tbsp Organic Almond Flour
2 tsp Sunflower Oil
1 tbsp Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil
Directions
Mix together the quinoa and tuna in a large bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients until mixture is combined and clumpy.
Scoop large portions (about ⅛ cup) of the mixture and form into a patty. Set each patty aside on a paper towel.
Add coconut oil to a large frying pan and heat on medium high.
Once coconut oil is melted add quinoa patties to the pan. Ensure that there is about an inch space between each patty.
Fry each side for three minutes or until the edges are golden brown, flip and repeat.
Once the patties are fully cooked remove from the pan and allow patties to cool before serving.
