Why not invite your friends and their pups to your next brunch party? These pet-friendly organic pancakes make a delicious mid-morning treat that’s worth drooling over. Feel free to top the pancakes off with your dog’s favorite fruit or even organic coconut flakes. Store the pancakes for up to three days.

Ingredients
1 cup Organic Coconut Flour
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Raw Manuka Honey
2 tbsp Raw Almond Butter
3 tbsp Organic Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Organic Banana, mashed
2 Organic Free Range Eggs
1 1/2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
Directions
Place all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Add all of the remaining wet ingredients and one tablespoon of sunflower oil to the bowl and blend until the mixture is liquid and smooth.
Heat a medium saucepan or griddle on medium-low heat.
Add a teaspoon of sunflower oil to the saucepan or griddle to prevent the pancakes from sticking to the pan.
Pour about 1/4 cup into the heated pan. NOTE: The pancake will be ready to flip when the batter is covered with bubbles.
Cook each pancake for 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Remove cooked pancakes from the pan and allow to cool before serving.
