Preheat oven to 175 degrees Fahrenheit.
Using a sharp knife, trim any excess fat and cut beef into thin strips. About half a centimeter, the thinner it is the less time it will take to dehydrate.
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment, lay strips of beef down and palce in oven to bake.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours and flip beef pieces and continue to bake for another 1 1/2 hours
Remove from the oven and let cool. The beef jerky should store for up to a week in an airtight container.
