The mushrooms we use almost only include the fruiting bodies.  

There is some mycelium present which is almost unavoidable in some cases of the mushrooms.  We also try not to include the medium the mushrooms are grown in.  Some growers include the grain that the mushrooms are grown in as they harvest.  We do not.  

We process only the fruiting bodies as best as possible.  Our mushrooms have high levels of Beta Glucans also.
